Property World Africa Network (PWAN) Group, Nigeria’s biggest real estate conglomerate, is going beyond what is required to deliver luxury living to the people of Delta State.

Ambassador Dr. Julius Oyedemi, Group Executive Director of Sales and Marketing, has promised that Deltans will be able to live in true luxury in their homes.

The organisation has begun a large development project under the direction of Oyedemi, who is also the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of PWAN Plus.

Within the past three months, exclusive housing estates called the Heartland Estates series 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 have sprung up in Asaba, the capital city of Delta State.

Speaking at the unveiling of the first-ever real estate entertainment night, held at the Sweet Spirit Hotel in Asaba, Oyedemi expressed his commitment to providing comfortable, modern cities where residents can enjoy a high quality of life.

He acknowledged the support of the Delta State government, the land-owning families, and other real estate stakeholders for collaborating with PWAN Group and making this vision possible.

Oyedemi explained: “The Cedarwood brand of luxury homes, owned by PWAN Plus, intends to partner with the new government in Delta State to have an even greater impact on the growth of the state’s real estate sector.”

Oyedemi believes that this collaboration will lead to further development and positive change in the area.

The recently held Maiden real estate entertainment night Christened Akara Oku Comedy and Award Night, was a resounding success.

The event brought together government officials, dignitaries, comedians, musicians, and real estate professionals, creating an atmosphere of relaxation and celebration.

Dr. Oyedemi highlighted the motive behind this event, stating that it aimed to strike a balance between the pursuit of real estate goals and the need for relaxation and amusement. Laughter, he believes, is a powerful medicine that helps people unwind and find joy.

One of the highlights of the evening was the recognition and reward of outstanding real estate professionals who have excelled in their fields.

Obioma Chukwu, who achieved the highest land sales, walked away with a brand-new SUV. Millicent George was awarded a cash prize of 7 million nine hundred thousand naira for her exceptional sales performance.
