Today, we began the month of June with a bang. With over 20 subscribers allocated to 40 plots at the maiden batch of physical allocation at Elegance Plus by Cedarwood, we are making a bold statement that our policies and processes are working.
Despite the enforcement of the requirement of part payment of development fees for physical allocation, we were overwhelmed and humbled by the cooperation of our subscribers and realtors who made today’s allocation a huge success.
